- Encoding information coming from the journals that the students and admins will be using
- Answering phone calls for the inquiries and questions of the students and Admins
- Assisting students when using computers

*3 years experience of being Data Entry and Customer Service Representative(Real Estate account)in BPO Industry
- Doing quality check and reviews of the clients information
- Downloading and Dragging files
- Check in call routine with the client to check the workflow
- Every month reading and understanding of the modules given by the client for the next task
- Doing inbound and outbound call regarding selling, subordinate and buying out their home and contract
