With three years as a site supervisor overseeing construction projects, I honed my skills in estimating construction materials, drafting as-built plans, and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.

For the past year, I have channeled my passion for precision and attention to detail into the realm of Xactimate sketching and estimating. I specialize in re-writing estimates, reworking line items, adding supplements and creating 2D and 3D floor and roof plans. These plans can be developed from various sources, including hand-drawn sketches, photos, architectural plans, DocuSketch, and other 3D scans. Additionally, I estimate damage for properties affected by fire, flood, mold, water mitigation, as well as renovation and rebuild projects. Additionally, I excel at generating comprehensive roof reports.
