Hiring Manager- responsible for sourcing candidates on various job boards and scheduling interviews.
Duties Include:
- Source and identify candidates in Applicant Tracking System, and assigned job boards that meet the requirements of job descriptions.
- Send interview invitations through job boards for candidates to schedule interviews.
- Update recruiter availability and calendars.
- Sort new candidates
- Keep in good communication with all Candidates
- Send job descriptions to the VAs for their review and let the candidate know about interview schedules
- Confirm a day and 3 hours prior to the interview the attendance of the candidate
- Connect initial interviews board to applicants board
- Keep in good
- Send trial period details and reviews to the client
- Be present on sales calls with our AE.
- Keep CRM updated at all times (using
- Run Initial Interviews with Candidates (and take notes)
- Revising/creating hiring tasks for the VAs - coordinate with clients regarding this
- Filing resumes and portfolios in google drive
- Recommend top candidates to the VA success manager to include in the
“My business would not be able to go forward if it was not for them”
