As a Senior Reservation Officer, I have four years of experience working for the travel company. For more than six years, I have also worked as a customer service agent, handling order placement, email, and chat help, as well as technical support. 

Being genuinely interested in customer service and upholding high standards has helped me succeed in my position as CSR.  Indeed, I rise to the position of Top Agent in both the Domestic and International divisions.
