• Joined discovery calls to identify, uncover how the company’s services can be plugged in to a client's existing process and structure, and acquired more businesses for the company
• Led the onboarding, implementation of newly acquired accounts, and made sure processes will be implemented
• Handled and managed 15 staff to deliver performance based on the KPIs and demands of the clients through coaching and performance management
• Established and implemented policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with clients, organization officials, and staff members as necessary
• Ensured that daily support and project-specific milestones are handled in a timely and efficient manner
• Reviewed, designed, and refined current onboarding policies and procedures for continuous improvement and efficiency
• Extensively communicated with clients and senior leadership and/or department heads during pre-sales and onboarding
• Delivered group and/or individual training for a range of topics including systems and identified training materials
• Ensured that staff are appropriately tracking activity and performance metrics utilizing company defined tracking tools
