I have 10+ years of work experience, in which I’ve been exposed to various operational and administrative works. I’ve led a team of 80+ members in my previous roles, where I was also responsible for planning and coordinating the implementation of various projects and supportive/administrative services, as well as determining benchmark figures for project implementation and decision, monitor project progress and success; define sub-goals, milestones and tasks, time and resource planning of the team.

- Generates, collates, and organizes raw data of the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales of the department

- Coordinates with Analytics for the plotting of the Sales Department’s shift schedules in HRMS
- Identifies BDS who qualifies for the Sales incentives for Sales Rewards, SalesChallenges, Sales Promotions, Sales Spiffs through valid sales invoices
- Assists Developers in the improvement of the Lead Management System by testing newly enhanced or created functions/features and by completing the project requirements
- Ensures that BDS comply with the Sales Operations Guidelines
- Takes the initiative in updating one’s skills by taking courses related to SalesAdministration and other self-improvement courses, programs, or seminars that would also help in performing better the administrative tasks
- Follows proper channeling of information and directly raises work concerns, feedback, or challenges to the Sales Manager
- Performs special assignments when necessary related to Sales Departmentactivities such as sales spiff, sales rewards, sales events, and other sales-related projects
