Profile Description

 My bookkeeping experience, skills, and expertise
are my most valuable assets. One of my favorite
aspects of my job is learning new skills and moving
up in the company. I am able to identify and
troubleshoot issues and produce work with a high
level of accuracy because I am knowledgeable
about accounting best practices and detail-oriented.
I've worked as a bookkeeper/administrative
assistant for over 20 years and have handled
everything from bi l l ing to inventory, payroll to
administrative functions. I can also categorize each
transaction and keep track of it in a journal,
Accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation,
inventory, and payroll are also under my
supervision.
I handled debit-credit transactions, customer
transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers,
checking, and money orders), and balanced cash
and numbers at the end of the day at the Philippine
National Bank.

grows at its fastest rate ever, and I reduce
collectibles while increasing sales by 85 percent. As
a result, the available cash flow for expansion is
increased.
My goal is to help every business resolve
bookkeeping and administrative issues so that they
can focus on growing their business accurately and
profitably.
As a certified QuickBooks user, I can enter and
record any  transaction (Bills, invoices,
withdrawals and deposits), as well as bank and
credit card reconciliation and vendor payment
invoicing, with no margin for error.
Furthermore, I can manage accounts receivable and
payable, perform manual bank reconciliation,
troubleshoot cash flow, prepare all financial reports,
profit, and loss statements, balance sheets, and
cash flow management, revise, correct, and adjust
entries, and perform bank reconciliation in a
detailed and timely manner.
