I have extensive experience as a customer service representative for Anthem BCBS, a health insurance company. Additionally, I have worked as a CSR for T-Mobile Rebates, a Mobile telecommunication company, and TCC, an E-commerce company based in the US. Additionally, I have experience as a Virtual Assistant - Creative Financial Aid Advocate for a US-based company that helps patients reduce their medical expenses. In this role, I regularly contact hospital providers, insurance companies, and collection agencies to negotiate a settlement discount and assist patients in applying for charity care or financial aid programs to lower their medical bills. I also managed various administrative tasks, including lead generation, data entry, email management, calendar administration, appointment scheduling, and document management.
