I worked in BPO (Call Center) industry for almost 2 years. My recent job was customer service VA. My main tasks are to help customers update their account information, process customer orders, (walking them through troubleshooting whenever necessary), help make payments using the customer's preferred payment method, and making sure their account is safe and secured. With such working experiences I acquired skills such as, administrative tasks, sufficiency, organization, analytics and problem solving. Most importantly, I give customers the satisfaction by offering them the best of my expertise in customer service and assistance.
