I am a Mechanical Engineer with a post-graduate degree in R&D Management and with a Masters in Business Administration.   I worked as a product design specialist for multinational R&D companies for about 20 years.

Research & development requires cross-functional collaboration and
I am here to help you improve and develop your product.  I can help you coordinate with your marketing team to determine customer needs and wants.  Also, I can get feedback from your Customer Support team to help find fixes and prevent the repetition of existing problems.  Communication with purchasing/buyer and suppliers is necessary to know the cost, manufacturability, as well as find out an alternate way of doing things.  However, most start-up companies may not yet have specialized teams or different departments, hence, I can also be your Virtual Assistant.

As a Virtual Assistant, I can declutter some of your administrative tasks in order for you to focus on your core business.  I can assist you with any of your needs like:  inbox management, social media management, supply chain management, producing and maintaining an e-commerce website, calendar management, project management, photo/video editing, and other tasks that may be delegated.  I am a quick learner and can easily adapt to a situation where I am needed.
