Profile Description

Currently working as an appraisal report analyst. I am assigned in completing the appraisal report, like filing in the subject/contract section, getting the zoning/ plat maps and improvement site. I am also responsible for the completion of the subject and comps grid and saving all necessary documents, like county records and MLS file into Work file.  With Total Ala Mode Sketch Program, I am improving my skills in photo importation and sketching. I have knowledge in Total ala mode, Anow and Clickform.


Before working online, I was a sales personnel from 1 Diagnostics company named Lifeline Diagnostics Supplies  Inc., and two pharmaceuticals, Natrapharm Inc., and Sannovex Pharmaceutical Company. I worked in the field, responsible for selling products  and collections, making activities for brand retention and keeping customer relations last for business growth, mainly doctors, Hospital owners, schools ,research and testing companies. I was also assigned to a big territory handling key cities and remote areas in Mindanao.
