During my stint in EMAPTA, we built a marketing team from the ground up, doubled our annual revenue and added 2 new office sites. On my recommendation, we also revamped the website using the HubSpot platform to add synergy to our sales, customer service and marketing efforts. We also created the company’s brand identity as well as the tagline ‘EMAPTA EMPOWERS’.
With Satellite Office, we more than doubled the number of FTEs from 250 to 600 and became Financial Review’s 16th fastest growing Australian company during my time with the company. We also reversed our leads ratio from 70% owner contacts and 30% marketing generated to 75% marketing generated and 25% owner contacts.
Brought on to head marketing at Remote Staff during a time of crisis for the company. The owner had recently fired the CEO and operations manager after several years of revenue losses.
Since they had no business development team at the time and their lone source of lead generation was PPC, we surmised that the best and fastest way to stave off closure was to optimize the Google Ads campaigns. In less than a year, we managed to increase the number of leads from 80 per month to 120 per month while lowering the cost per click from AU$15 to AU$12.
We also revamped the company’s brand identity and overhauled the Philippine website. On the social media front, we reconfigured our campaigns to focus on fun, educational, easy-to-digest content for both the Australian and Filipino market, while also building up the profile of Remote Staff’s owner as a thought leader in the industry.
