Profile Description

I graduated last 2018 with a bachelor's degree in BS Economics. I wrote research for my undergraduate thesis.
At my present work, I was equipped with HR functions since I was assigned under Human Resources Department for 8 months. Currently, I am working under Legal and Compliance Department wherein I continuously coordinate with other departments to monitor their updates and progress regarding company implementations. As a member of Legal and Compliance Department, I also consistently communicate with our Regional and Global headquarters to give and receive updates regarding requirements for implementations. I make documentation and reports which were submitted to our manager and sometimes to our regional head. I am also part of arranging and conducting compliance training for our employees. Furthermore, I also review our internal company compliance policies to verify it is aligned with our Regional policies.
On my free time, I would usually browse social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest. I handle 3 instagram accounts: 1 is my personal account, and 2 are for my online business account. I sell skincare products and thrifted and pre-loved clothes.
