I have been under some multi-national companies working on Architectural and Interiors collaborating with foreign professional teams for projects like residential, commercial, corporate offices, hospitality, and others.

1. ARCHITECTURAL AND INTERIOR 
Design proposal presentation, schematic drawings to tender of architectural, interior plans and detailing, preparation of MEPF's plans in CAD as per design of engineers, FF&E documentation.

2. CONSTRUCTION VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE
As a Construction Manager myself and knowing how the operation goes, I can proudly work alongside builders or construction businesses by handling Administrative, Marketing Tasks, Recruitment and Hiring Support, Project Management Support, and others. I am knowledgeable in operation/implementation (on-site) of Mechanical Works including auxiliary such as fire protection, smoke detectors, CCTV as well as electrical and plumbing works.

3. PROJECT MANAGEMENT 
Communication, Coordination, Reports, and Management. 
I am knowledgeable in project take-off which includes sourcing of construction materials; project managers [sub-contractors] & suppliers coordination, project scheduling. I can unload some of the tasks to keep jobs on schedule and organize that pile up with every build. 

3. REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE 
Trained in Transaction coordination, TC Timeline, MLS, CRM management like Podio, Home buying and selling, Property Management, using Social Media in Real Estate Marketing.

4. GEN. VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE 
Trained in Administrative, Personal tasks, Content creation, Social Media Management, Email and calendar management, Customer service.
