To give you a little background about my previous experiences, I work as a Support Advisor for an E-commerce Platform(Shopify)
Moreover, prior to working as a Support Advisor, I also worked as Customer Service Representative for one of the biggest Business Logistics Internationally that was based in Kentucky. My role includes, scheduling pick-ups, tracking packages and process custom clearance if the customer is choosing us to clear their customs(for international shipments).
Furthermore, before I enter the BPO industry. Right after I graduated my degree of Bachelor of science in Business Administration specializes in Financial Management, I worked as a Frontline Assistant in one of the service agents of Western Union and my role includes processing Western Union Remittances, answering queries about the process in sending/receiving Western Union Remittances, analyzing legitimate transactions, processing bills payment and money changing transactions. Other than that, I was the Branch Lead so I do the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports that includes, Financial Statements, Cash Flows, Balance Sheets and Asset Inventory.
