Honestly, This is my first time being a Virtual Assisstant. Im very excited for the position I am applying for. Being an assisstant is very challenging, You need to meet the standards & expectations of your Client. And in that case Im looking forward to face many challenges & also enjoyment of this job. Im very particular, when it comes to details, time and etc. I also have a photographic memory or I can remember immediately the things that Ive encountered. Im also very strict with myself when it comes to work, absences or tardiness is a BIG NO for me
Im very creative also when it comes to designs, paperworks, some other sutffs. And also not to mention, Im also a good dancer, I can make choreography in my mind, making costumes & props. Back to the business, Im very flexible in any kind of things or stuff, I can adjust my mood, I can adapt to different kinds of people, Im very polite, kind & understanding person. Im very open in any positions or work that will be given to me. Looking forward to meet a lot of clients, many interviews & a lot of courage to highlitened myself & my profile. Im in the BPO industry right now approximately a year & two months as of now. My first account way back 2018 at Ubiquity Global Services, it was a Financial Account, it was Upgrade to see actual info was my first time to work as a Customer Care, I was a temporary agent on that account and after my contract, I was endorsed with another account, luckily they absorbed me as
a probationary agent, And i was endorsed in a account called TASC as a another customer care Upgrade to see actual info was a good account we're dealing with proffesional customers, It was a Flexi-card for the customers to make their life more comfortable by just using their TASC cards for health problems, Transportation and also ChildCare Sevices. Though it was a good account sometimes theres a fall down, the client decide to cutdown the number of employees and i was one of those, it is not because i dont do good on my statistics, but the manager decided to endorsed the performers on that account because he is confident enough that we can adjust easily & perform also on our next account. So i was endorsed again to another account the same company,
Then i got this account that deals with electric bills & supplies, it was Eligo. Unfortunately didnt have the chancento take calls, also client decision to cutdown the number of agents. And after that my last account under Ubiquity, It was a financial account too

Upgrade to see actual info, account that deals with credit cards, Benefits from government, Salaries of people & even their tax refund is catered with this account. Im one of the customer service representative also in these account, the people & the account is good, but i think i want to go out with my comfort zone &
challenged myself. I decided to look for another bpo compamy here in my country and i found IQOR, currently im a sales agent & customer service representative as well. My account deals with customers ordering through phone, we do upsells in our customer also membership program to offer so that we can keep our customers. Sales Agent is very challenging one, imagine you need to have successful orders to submit, upsells & membership enrollment to meet so that you can hit good scores & metrics. But Im very happy on the risk that ive made though i was been reguralized already on my previous company. Sometimes the risk that ive made, makes me the better person that i am right now.
