Executing process improvement for the whole IT organization applying varieties of SDLC methodology through the years such as DevOps, PMBOK, Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, Iterative, Lean-Agile, SAFE Agile. Has a strong tactical move in leading project delivery by being hands-on, 100% uptime in handling project issues and concern. Output driven professional providing leadership and solution from start-up operations to multimillion dollar companies.
