I've been in the Business Process Outsourcing for more than 13 years and counting. Started as a Customer Service Representative for 1 year. Got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert focusing on Product Development , Improvement & Client Relations | I've been promoted to a Training Specialist ( Product & Communications ) for 2 years handling an average 20-30 FTEs per class also Talent Acquisition and ramp | Moved to Operations and become a Team Lead for 5 years combined and managed around 15-30 FTEs focusing on their growth and development & performance | Been an Assistant Operations Manager for 4 yrs managing 75-150 FTE with 5-8 Team Leaders.
