My education and work experience have built my competencies for this job. My reliability makes me to be your go-to person .. My resourcefulness keeps myself abreast of new trends and technology that may add value to my work. My organizational skills and proper time management allows me to multi-task with efficiency. My experience in customer service will definitely be of great help in communicating with our clients and give them excellent customer service. I worked in various fields such as Call Center agent as Technical Support Representative for a US Account for 3 years, work from home jobs like ESL Tutor, Appointment Setting, Lead Generation and Inbound Sales Representative for a year and a half. I also worked as a teacher for 2 years here in the Philippines and as a Learning Support Assistant in Dubai for 4 years. When I went back to the Philippines I signed up for paid and free training to acquire new skills and knowledge most as a Virtual Assistant that is related to the Marketing field. I had training for Social Media Marketing, email marketing through mail chimp, building and holding websites through Wordpress and Godaddy, content writing/blogging, video editing, and a virtual tour through Powtoon, basic graphic design using Canva and Pixlr and basic of SEO. The education, experience, and skills I acquired will definitely be a delightful addition to your team.
