I am a Customer Service Lead for an e-commerce business. With 4 years of experience in this industry, I have developed a keen understanding of the unique challenges that come with providing excellent customer service in the digital space.
However, my experience in customer service extends far beyond e-commerce. Over the past 10 years, I have worked in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry, handling a variety of accounts for telco, airline, hotel, and logistics companies. This diverse range of experiences has allowed me to hone my communication and problem-solving skills, while also developing a deep empathy for customers across a variety of industries.
I believe that great customer service is not just about solving problems quickly and efficiently, but also about building meaningful relationships with customers and creating positive experiences that keep them coming back. As a customer service lead, I am committed to ensuring that our team provides the highest level of service to every customer, every time.
