Profile Description

I'm a Technical Support Coordinator with 9 years of experience providing phone, email, and chat support for B2B/B2C campaigns across the United States and Australia.
I have been an IT Coordinator/Supervisor, Technical Support, IT Helpdesk Analyst, and even an IT Sales Representative. Most times, I would get high praise because of my performance. The campaigns that I have been part of are not for everybody as they are challenging and require high analytical skills.
I was always the top seller when I worked with Techno Global Team as an IT Sales Representative for a big IT retailer in Australia. Customers would sometimes thank me on social media for my recommendations and customer service.
Also, I was one of the top IT Helpdesk Analysts in the campaign that I worked in with Cognizant Tech Solutions. My role was to assist Directors of Operations, Franchisees, and In-store Managers with their POS problems. The said individuals would sometimes look for me when they call our department as I am known to resolve their issues promptly.
In my 8-year BPO career, I have never been part of any performance improvement programs as I always excelled in every campaign that I worked in. I am a highly competitive individual who does not take no for an answer most time. Though my competitiveness is innate, I always make sure that I get the job done with integrity.
I am experienced with using popular ticketing software such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, and AutoTask. I am very much open to using and learning new tools to get the job done for you and your team
