Knows accounting systems (ex-ledger, tripletex, quickbooks, fiken, visma, conta, Xero, 24sevenoffice, Odoo).
Prepare and ensure the accuracy of important business reports.
Ensure that bookkeeping practices.
Maintain accounting processes, including ensuring accurate input and reliable storage of key data.
Improve any processes when possible to increase accuracy and consistency.
Find and address any accounting discrepancies.
Make any applicable budget recommendations to businesses after analyzing trends.
Can be an external or internal accountant.
I have been a Senior Accountant, a Team Leader and currently a Finance Manager.
I have an experienced with budgeting as well, full accounting cycle from Registration/Recording, Reconciliation, Payroll, Reporting, Taxation. I have also doing financial analysis, depreciation lasping of assets, lapsing of long term loans, variance analysis of yearly Balance sheet as well as yearly and monthly Income Statement, doing cashflow, and many more.
Handle tax information, including tax/vat returns.

My work as a Senior Accountant | Team Leader is the one who do Bank Recon to the clients, Payroll, Remittance for suppliers, Monitored accounts receivable and sent email and reminder to customer, Cleaning of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Registration of invoice (income and purchases), Reconcile withholding tax and benefits of employees, Reconcile trial balance, Reporting of Vat, Cashflow, Budget, Financial Analysis based on P&L, and as a Managing of Senior and Junior Accountant and trainer of newly hired Outsourced Accountant. So it means I am the one who will check their work. I have also a lot of admin works of whatever my boss requested, some were related to employees' monitoring, salary, or other reports he wants to have (expense report, income report, or other related to financial report). I have also experienced creating consolidated financial reports and analysis for all inter-companies under the clients assigned to me.
