Oversees and executes HR operations which include:
> Day-to-day employee HR queries concerning policies and operation procedures
> Creation and tracking of all employee medical leaves, holidays, and employee documents
> Staff recruitment - job postings, shortlisting, scheduling and conduction of interviews, liaising with candidates, and collection of documentation at hiring / offer stage
> Personnel development - works with employees to provide guidance in improving existing skills and knowledge based on the advice from management and trajection of the company
> Other ad-hoc requests as needed
3. Customer Support
> Chat support using Intercom and
> Team management - quality control, performance coaching, and schedule management
> Operations - creation of canned responses and internal documentation for agents, report generation, and ad-hoc tasks as needed by the client
> Client relations - daily interaction with client POC for operations alignment and performance feedback
> Fluent in English & Tagalog
