I was a Customer Service Representative for 8 years, handling both inbound and outbound calls. After that, I took a big step into the Virtual Assistance and landed a job as a Real Estate Campaign from a company in Australia, gaining one year of experience working with Real Estate Agents. Lastly, my most recent experience was as a Lead Generation Specialist for a Marketing Department in a Placements Company.

My expertise includes Data Entry, Research, Product Listings, Handling Inbound/Outbound calls, Admin tasks, Email handling and Lead Generation.
I am enthusiastic about taking on new responsibilities with larger operations and greater challenges. I am a quick learner and can easily adapt to new situations. I am also confident that I can handle pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
