I have been working in a call center industry ever since, I started as a customer service in travel and service, weight loss supplements, I also work with cable companies like AT&T, Comcast, T-Mobile in billing support and technical support, but the outbound sales is most difficult job that I have encountered, so I learned a lot of things from my work, so basically they develop my skills, they help me develop my problem-solving skills, how to do multi-tasking, how to analyze every customer's challenges, but the most important skill that I learned is how to persuade a customer or how to convince your customer buying your product.
