Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant
- Sourcing Specialist

-Source products that meet Amazon’s quality standards and compliance requirements.

-Tasked with sourcing suppliers from platforms like Alibaba, Global Sources, or other B2B marketplaces to manufacture products we intend to sell.

-Create spreadsheets to compile quotations and other relevant details from various suppliers for comparison to select the best deal.

-Order samples from chosen suppliers to evaluate product quality before committing to bulk purchases.

-Manage the procurement process, including order placement, tracking, and inventory management.

-Ensure that sourced products are cost-effective and align with company profitability goals.

Amazon Account Management:

-Create and update product listings, including writing copy for new and existing products.

-Manage orders by processing refunds, replacements, and fulfillment orders.

-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and resolve account issues, seeking support from Seller Central as needed. Update daily sales report and keyword tracker.

Production Coordination:

-Generate purchase orders (POs) and requisitions for proforma invoices (PIs).

-Procure samples and bulk orders.

-Provide FNSKU and shipping carton labels.

Customer Service:

-Address customer inquiries and complaints through buyer messages.

-Resolve issues related to defective items and manage negative feedback.

-Create fulfillment order and refund

Supplier Sourcing:

-Identify and source product suppliers through Alibaba and Global Sources.

-Create spreadsheets to compare quotations and other details from various suppliers to find the best deal.

-Obtain sample orders from selected suppliers to assess product quality before placing bulk orders.

Product Research:

-Research and identify profitable products using Helium 10 based on provided criteria.
