Profile Description

I began my professional career in the call center industry, working as a Customer
Service Representative/Technical Support Representative for nearly 5 years,
during which I managed various accounts, including Capital One, Dish Network,
Verizon Wireless and ATT Business.

I then transitioned into Recruitment Process Outsourcing,  starting as a Recruiting Coordinator and a Campus Recruiter at ADP, an HCM company. In this role. I conducted back to back phone interviews, managed calendars and emails, and handled project and data management. After almost 3 years, I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert, where I oversaw and trained new hires.

Following that, I joined a Home Health Care agency that deploys caregivers to patients and handles the onboarding process. I was responsible for managing caregiver onboarding and adding them to the payroll system. I also assisted with any
employment-related concerns, including pay and other HR matters. I have
experience using CRMs such as Salesforce, Avature, Podio, and Oracle.
Additionally, I am proficient in tools like PDF editors, Excel, Outlook, G
Suite, Slack, Teams, and other communication platforms.
