I'm a 4-year graduate
with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Major in Financial
Management, has a background being a Customer Service Representative for
2 years and more than 3 years doing back office in the Finance Department for an
E-Commerce Business. I have a certain skill set and can work with the
above-mentioned tasks. I have worked with different accounts during my Customer
Service roles with a credit card company based in the US, Internet Service
Providers (iINET), and Qantas Airlines both of which were based in Australia. Lastly,
Avas Flowers which is more likely related to the role that you are looking for,
I’ve been with the Customer Service Department for 7 months, and after hard
work, I was transferred to the Finance Department team for more than 2 years as
Chargeback Specialist and I can certainly communicate via phone, chat, and email. Trained and can also do Social Media Management, Book keeping, Payroll Admin and Amazon FBA Product Research.
