I currently work in a BPO as a Team Lead wherein our line of business is a US credit card or a financial account. I started in this industry in 2007 as a customer service agent. I have handled Telco accounts, Inbound sales account, Healthcare account, food delivery service and the latest is a financial account. I have ample experience when it comes to customer service that eventually helped me land a Team Leader role .
Through the years I have acquired the skills of flexibility, adaptability, critical thinking, analytical, quick response and patience. I have added patience since it is basic if you are dealing with all types of people over the phone.
