Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems
Respond to end-user problems based on standard procedures
Correctly track iUpgrade to see actual info and calls, including but not limited to entering data into the database timely and accurately
Provide access to the new on-boarded employees.
Creation of accounts and access like NT logins, email access to the new on-boarded employees
