I worked as a call center agent under the Angi account in the position of Advisor I, Transaction Processing at Concentrix, Philippines, in my previous job. I am also a former Talent Acquisition Associate at Teleperformance, Philippines, from April 2022 up until February 2023.I have strong communication skills, can work under pressure, and am very resilient to any open opportunities. I am passionate about my work because I love what I do and have a steady source of motivation that drives me to do my best. I am ambitious and driven because I thrive on challenges and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive toward. I am highly organized because I always take notes and use a series of tools to help myself stay on top of deadlines. I like keeping a clean workspace and creating a logical method so I can always find what I need, which increases efficiency and helps the rest of the team stay on track. I am a people person because it’s easy for me to find a companion in the company or to befriend people that I just meet since I am an open-minded person and I like making people feel comfortable in my presence. This skill is especially helpful when kicking off projects and meeting with new clients and colleagues.
