Profile Description

I have over 7 years experience in administrative and recruitment roles. I have freelanced as a virtual assistant, English tutor, a transcriptionist, as well as a writer. Although I have freelanced since 2016, it wasn't until 2022 when I left my corporate job to pursue becoming a digital nomad.

I strongly believe that thriving in a business is being adaptive to changes. I was trained to promptly meet deliverables, juggle administrative tasks, perform interviews, manage direct reports, and undergo calibrations with internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone aligned with business requirements and processes.

I have proven experience in using Google workspace, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, Skype, Upgrade to see actual info, Notion, Asana, Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail, Explara, Libsyn, Canva, Docusign, PDF Sign, Wix and Squarespace. Among the administrative tasks I can do, I have proficiency in data and records collection, storage and management; event, email and calendar management; project management and coordination to name a few. I am a natural problem-solver and can communicate my plans and solutions well in written and oral English.

I am a believer of Richard Branson's quote: "Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so that they don't want to." I am open to opportunities where I can further my competencies and develop new ones.
