Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive PPC and paid social media strategies to achieve business objectives such as lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct detailed audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance.
Performance Optimization:
Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI, lower cost-per-click (CPC), and improve key metrics such as conversion rates and engagement.
Perform A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to refine messaging and creative performance.
Utilize advanced bidding strategies and automation tools to achieve campaign goals efficiently.
Creative and Content Collaboration:
Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad visuals, videos, and copy tailored for each platform.
Stay on top of creative trends in PPC and social platforms to ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform-native dashboards, and other analytics tools.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for campaign improvements.
Present campaign updates to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and next steps.
Trend Spotting and Innovation:
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
Identify opportunities for testing new ad platforms or strategies to expand the brand’s reach and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads
Proven track record of running successful campaigns for e-commerce, lead generation, or SaaS industries is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and
Experience with automation tools like Google Ads Scripts, Optmyzr, or third-party platforms, is a plus
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for campaign tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
Creative and Analytical Mindset:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Ability to craft persuasive ad copy and collaborate on creative assets for maximum audience impact.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Self-motivated and proactive in a remote working environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other emerging paid platforms.
Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with paid media strategies.
Familiarity with funnel optimization, landing page CRO, and remarketing strategies.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
