Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Amazon Seller Central Account Management
Location: Remote

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage our Amazon Seller Central account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including product listings, account health management, PPC campaigns, shipping plans, and inventory management. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our team and help drive the success of our Amazon business.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Seller Central Account Management:
Manage and optimize our Amazon Seller Central account to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Handle product listings, including creating, editing, and optimizing titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
Monitor and resolve account health issues, ensure compliance with Amazon policies, and handle any account suspensions or policy violations.
Product Listings & Optimization:
Create and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
Implement A+ Content and Brand Store creation to enhance product pages.
Update listings in bulk using Flat Files for efficiency.
PPC Campaigns:
Create and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Perform keyword research, bid optimization, and monitor ad performance to ensure a profitable return on investment (ROI).
Analyze data and generate reports to track PPC campaign success.
Shipping & Inventory Management:
Create and manage shipping plans for Amazon FBA to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
Forecast inventory needs and monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or excess storage fees.
Ensure that all shipments are correctly processed and meet Amazon’s standards.
Account Health Monitoring & Reporting:
Track daily sales, competitor performance, and overall account health.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the account’s performance, including sales, inventory, and advertising performance.
Problem-Solving & Vigilance:
Respond quickly to any issues that arise, such as listing deactivations, account suspensions, or policy warnings.
Provide quick resolutions and take necessary actions to maintain account health.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Strong knowledge of product listings, PPC campaigns, and Amazon FBA operations.
Proficiency in using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar software for keyword research and PPC management.
Experience with A+ Content, Brand Store creation, and Flat Files.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and be proactive in solving problems.
Familiarity with account health metrics and Amazon policies.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in inventory forecasting and FBA management.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with a team.
Availability for urgent tasks or emergencies outside of regular working hours.
