**Job Title:** Social Media Manager for Kashy Rentals

**Company Overview:**
Kashy Rentals is a growing rental company serving Burlington and Camden counties, providing long-term rental solutions for individuals in need. Our focus is on customer service, safety, and building a loyal community. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands our target audience and can creatively connect with them.

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager with expertise in GoHighLevel, video editing, and graphic design. This individual must have a strong grasp of young Black American culture, particularly in urban communities, to ensure content resonates with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content for Facebook and other platforms.
- Create high-quality edited videos and graphics that align with Kashy Rentals' brand.
- Utilize GoHighLevel to manage campaigns, automate follow-ups, and improve lead engagement.
- Respond to leads promptly to improve customer conversion.
- Strategize and execute campaigns for both the financial literacy and rental waitlist.
- Track KPIs and provide weekly performance reports.
- Develop creative ways to promote our referral program, holiday promotions, and booking incentives.

**Requirements:**
- **Proven experience with GoHighLevel.**
- **Portfolio showcasing edited videos and graphics.**
- **Strong written and spoken English skills.**
- **Knowledge of young Black American culture, specifically urban lifestyle trends, language, and social behavior.**
- Experience in community engagement and building brand presence on Facebook.
