JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Marketplace Coordinator to help grow and manage our Amazon store. This person will be responsible for optimizing listings, improving performance, running ads, and ensuring consistent reporting. A strong understanding of the Amazon platform is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize and manage all Amazon product listings (titles, bullet points, keywords, A+ content)
- Monitor and improve Amazon PPC campaigns
- Research competitor strategies and pricing trends
- Manage inventory levels and avoid stockouts
- Create and manage product bundles or variations
- Respond to customer questions and feedback professionally
- Coordinate and implement Amazon promotions and deals
- Monitor reviews and suggest strategies for organic review growth
- Track performance and adjust strategy based on results
- Report daily and weekly KPIs to the team
Daily Reporting Expectations:
- Units sold per product
- Ad spend + ad performance (ACOS, CTR, sales from ads) - Listing changes made (if any)
- Customer messages/reviews flagged - Inventory status (low stock alerts)
- Any issues or blockers
Weekly Tasks to Achieve:
- Maintain/improve Amazon listing SEO (titles, backend keywords)
- Identify top-selling and underperforming SKUs
- Update or create A+ content or image sets if needed
- Test new keywords or ad strategies
- Suggest upcoming promo ideas tied to key calendar events
- Present performance snapshot (sales, conversion rate, ad metrics)
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar - Knowledge of FBA, PPC, listing SEO, and promotions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear communicator who can deliver results and insights
- Bonus: Experience with other marketplaces (eBay, Etsy, etc.)
