real estate cold caller/aquisition specialist

im looking for an experienced real estate cold caller with at least 3 years of cold calling experience. looking to hire asap full time 5 days a week. must be familiar with all crms mainly resimpli and mojo dialer as well as all dialers if need be. must be able to set up warm leas and set appt as well a create tasks and reminders. must be familiar with email and sms campaigns within the crms.
looking to hire at least 3 to 5 vas in the next week. only motivated ones who are looking to join my team.
will pay bonuses for performance
