Job Description: Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Manasseh Homes is seeking a tech-savvy Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our growing business. This role is ideal for someone with experience in real estate operations, social media marketing, and client management. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, effective client engagement, and impactful marketing strategies.



Key Responsibilities

1. Cold Calling & Appointment Booking:
- Generate leads through outreach and schedule consultations or property showings.

**2. Social Media Marketing:
- Manage content creation and scheduling across platforms.
- Monitor analytics, respond to comments, and improve engagement.

3. Documentation & Admin Tasks:
- Prepare and review Canadian real estate documents.
- Maintain organized filing for client and property data.

4. Email & MLS Management:
- Respond to inquiries promptly and organize emails.
- Upload and manage MLS listings with accuracy.

5. Tech Support:
- Utilize Google Workspace, CRM systems like Follow up boss and Boldtrail, and AI tools for efficiency.
- Automate workflows and enhance productivity.

6. Client & Market Insights:
- Maintain communication with clients and provide timely updates.
- Conduct market research to support client presentations.

Qualifications
- 2-4 years in real estate, admin, or virtual assistant roles.
- Familiarity with Canadian real estate and MLS systems.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and AI tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and social media skills.

- Video editing and Canva proficiency.
- Experience in Canadian real estate trends.
