About the Role
We’re an electrical company based in Melbourne looking to develop a custom quoting and job management application similar to FlatRateNow. The goal is to streamline how quotes are created on-site, manage pricing, and improve customer experience.

We’re seeking a skilled and reliable App Developer (or small development team) to help bring this project to life—from planning to launch.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with us to define features and functionality (MVP and future phases)

Design and build a mobile and/or web app tailored to the electrical and trade service industries

Develop features such as:

Dynamic quoting tool with price list integration

Material & labour calculator with markups

PDF/email quote generation

Job tracking or history

Optional: Integration with ServiceM8, Xero, Stripe, etc.

Build admin panel for internal management

Ensure the platform is user-friendly, secure, and scalable

Assist with testing, feedback rounds, and potential future updates

Requirements
Proven experience developing web/mobile apps (portfolio required)

Skilled in modern frameworks (React, Flutter, Node.js, etc.)

Database design (SQL, Firebase, or similar)

Ability to translate trade industry needs into efficient tech solutions

Strong communication and documentation skills

(Preferred) Experience working with quoting, CRM, or trade-based tools

Bonus: UX/UI design capability or team
