plumbing estimator/take off

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Estimator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves performing takeoffs from plumbing plans and assembling detailed estimates, including the cost of fixtures, for various plumbing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform takeoffs from plumbing plans to create accurate estimates.
Assemble cost estimates for fixtures, labor, and materials.
Provide detailed breakdowns for project bids.
Communicate with clients and vendors as necessary to finalize estimates.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in plumbing estimating.
Preferred: Civil Engineering background or estimating experience in construction.
Must have fast and reliable Wi-Fi and a dual-monitor setup.
At least an i5 processor or better.
Ability to work 6 days a week.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Compensation:
Salary: $250 per month.
Commission: 2% commission per job won based on profit.
Bonuses: Quarterly and end-of-year bonuses based on performance.
Benefits:
Paid 15-minute breaks (2 per day) and a 30-minute lunch break.

Background research
Extremely extensive background research done on all software and accounts used for out of state safety, nda will need to be signed, and a contract of non-breach agreement.
