Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Wedding Photo Editor to join our small team. This role involves selecting the best wedding images, making minor corrections, and applying final adjustments after an AI-based edit. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for photography, understands color correction and composition, and can efficiently manage high-volume editing while maintaining consistency.


Key Responsibilities:
Select and filter the best images from each wedding set.
Apply exposure, temperature, and color corrections.
Make light cropping and composition adjustments.
Review and refine AI-assisted edits for a natural and polished finish.
Convert selected images to black and white.
Ensure consistency in style and quality across all wedding sets.
Maintain an efficient workflow to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

Strong experience in photo editing in wedding photography - a MUST!
Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
Ability to identify and enhance outstanding images.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to adapt to a photographer’s style.
Experience working with AI-assisted editing workflows.
Mac users preferred (PC users must ensure software compatibility).

Preferred Skills:
Experience in high-volume editing workflows.
Background in black-and-white image conversion.
Familiarity with professional photography styles and trends.
Independent - can work independently and be results-oriented.
