part time - real estate cold caller - knows podio and readymode

need experienced cold caller comfortable with calling 4-5 hrs a day. needs to be familiar with dialers and asking right questions to sellers and is also comfortable w adjusting pitch based on lead type . knows how to properly use these tools as well as suggest changes if needed . at least 1 to 2 full years experience with study cold calling experience. pay is bi weekly. also will do profit share for closed deals
