Job Title: Virtual Personal Assistant and email marketing

Location: Remote
Working Hours: 4 PM – 12 AM GMT (adjusting to GMT+1 during UK summer time)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Personal Assistant to support our business operations. You will be responsible for handling marketing, customer service, order management, and payment processing across multiple platforms. If you have experience with Klaviyo, WhatsApp, Shopify, and Stripe, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing: Use Klaviyo to create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and support via WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
• Order & Website Management: Use Shopify to update products, manage website content, and oversee order fulfillment.
• Payments: Utilize Stripe to generate and send payment links to customers.

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience with Klaviyo, WhatsApp, Stripe, and Shopify.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
