We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in Klaviyo email marketing automation. This role involves setting up, managing, and optimizing automated email sequences to nurture leads, recover abandoned carts, and increase customer retention. You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and track performance metrics.


Email Sequences to Manage:
? Welcome Series – Automate onboarding for new subscribers, integrating a 10% discount offer
? Abandoned Cart Series – Recover lost sales through reminder emails with incentives
? Post-Purchase Series – Strengthen customer relationships with thank-you and follow-up emails
? Browse Abandonment Series – Retarget visitors who browsed but didn’t purchase
? Birthday Series – Send personalized birthday offers with automated reminders

Requirements:
Proven experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and performance tracking
Experience setting up triggered email flows and custom event tracking
Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Experience working with eCommerce brands preferred
