I am looking for a full time Professional WhiteBoard Animation / Doodle Video Artist / Thumbnail Creator for my YouTube Channel (full-time & long-term employee).

I am looking for someone who is experienced in whiteboard animation (Doodle video) and YouTube thumbnails.
I would like someone who understands how to create an engaging doodle video that will increase watch time on my channel by adding in necessary elements such as sounds, text, infographics, transitions and etc that will make the video more entertaining without me having to give you much input.

I am also looking for someone who understands the necessary elements to creating a YouTube thumbnail that people will want to click on.

I am looking for someone who can create doodle video, figure out the main point of the video, and know what to put on the thumbnail without me having to tell them and without me having to give you much input.

I would like someone who can create 5-20 quality videos/per week (1-3 minutes for each video) and create a thumbnail for that video .

you will be paid 3-5 usd per video depending on length ..topic are related to health and fitness
