About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Five9 Implementation Specialist to oversee the setup and deployment of a Five9 phone system for a team of 10 users. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud-based phone systems and the ability to customize Five9 to meet our specific needs. This is a project-based role with potential for ongoing support.
Responsibilities
System Configuration:
Implement the Five9 phone system for a team of 10 users.
Set up ring groups, call flows, and routing rules tailored to business requirements.
Configure AI-powered features such as intelligent call routing, virtual assistants, and analytics.
Reporting:
Build custom reports and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics.
Automate regular reporting and ensure access to real-time insights.
User Management:
Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Five9.
Train tea
Testing and Troubleshooting:
Conduct thorough testing to ensure reliability and performance.
Identify and resolve technical issues during the implementation phase.
Integration:
Collaborate with other teams to integrate Five9 with existing tools like CRM and analytics platforms.
Qualifications
Proven experience with Five9 setup and customization.
Familiarity with setting up ring groups, IVR systems, and call routing.
Proficiency in creating custom reports and analytics within Five9.
Experience with Five9’s AI features, including virtual assistants and automated routing.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience integrating Five9 with CRMs Zoho.
Knowledge of cloud-based communication systems and APIs.
Familiarity with workforce management tools and processes.
