**Responsibilities**:
* Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns to our customer base using Klaviyo, ensuring they are aligned with our brand voice and campaign objectives.
* Segment email lists to deliver targeted campaigns based on customer behavior, preferences, and purchase history to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
* Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for subject lines, email content, and CTAs to optimize campaign performance.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing Shopify and Klaviyo analytics to report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
* Work closely with our content and design teams to create appealing and mobile-friendly email templates that reflect current promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal collections.
* Manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns in coordination with sales, promotions, and other marketing activities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate email marketing strategies with other channels such as social media, SEO, and PPC to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
* Continuously explore new opportunities and trends in email marketing to keep our brand at the forefront of the fashion e-commerce space.
**Requirements**:
* Proven experience in email marketing, specifically with Klaviyo and Shopify platforms, in the clothing/fashion industry.
* Solid understanding of email marketing concepts, best practices, and compliance guidelines.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
* Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
* Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
* Proficient in using digital marketing tools and integrating them with Klaviyo and Shopify.
