JOB OVERVIEW

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Manila Project Manager will be supporting US based Client Services team. The company's Client Services team provides full-service client consultation relating to litigation discovery, internal investigations, and data management and analysis. Experienced Project Managers may work with clients comprised of Vault 100 law firms and Fortune 500 companies operating across the U.S., providing recommendations and assistance at all stages of the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model).


Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight and consultation at the outset of a matter, focusing on data management recommendations, case planning, cost control initiatives, and detailed workflow design
• Using industry-standard platforms, manage review workspaces, including design, setup, and administration throughout the lifespan of Track budgets, tasks, and communications using The Company’s project management tools
• Expand relationships with new and existing clients
• Troubleshoot unique e-Discovery problems for both the novice and experienced client.
• Manage relationships with Sales, Client Services, and Forensics teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure optimal communication and efficiency during a matter’s lifecycle
• Remain educated on changes in e-Discovery standards, discovery statutes, and technologies
• Prepare original, discovery-related content in the form of internal documentation and white papers
Minimum Qualifications:
• Two years of experience as a Project Manager
• Excellent communication skills via email and telephone with an ability to relay highly technical information in a client-friendly manner
• Ability to describe and discuss the Electronic Discovery Reference Model
• Proficient in e-Discovery data management and review platforms, preferably Relativity
• Familiarity with, and general knowledge of, data analytics tools such as email threading, clustering, deduplication, pivot tables, etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and other business productivity applications
• Ability to navigate high pressure situations with tight deadlines
• Highly organized
• Must possess a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivator who does not require micro-management and can succeed independently

Bonus Qualifications:
• RCA or other Relativity certification
• Some knowledge of data processing tools such as Lexis LAW, Relativity, and SQL
• Familiarity with general Forensics workflows and tools
