Job Description:

Our company specializes in building successful ecommerce brands across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart.

Are you passionate about social media, community building, and creating engaging content? We’re looking for a motivated and self-driven Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist to join our team and help grow the presence of our multiple brands across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building relationships, managing groups, engaging with customers, and creating meaningful connections with our diverse audiences.

Location: Remote; Time Zone: Hours will be based on EST/PST time zone.

Responsibilities:


Facebook
Group Management:

- Build relationships with Facebook group admins to secure posting permissions and partnerships across relevant industries.
- Actively post, engage, and moderate discussions in both our brands’ Facebook groups and external groups.
- Identify groups with potential for partnerships or acquisition to expand brand reach.
- Use brand accounts to answer questions and engage with users, leveraging tools like ChatGPT to craft quick, casual, and human responses.

Instagram Engagement:

- Monitor and respond to posts, questions, and comments for each brand on Instagram.
- Consistently engage with users to grow the audience and maintain high activity levels.

Content Creator Outreach:

- Research and reach out to niche content creators across industries to explore collaboration opportunities for each brand.
- Maintain a list of potential creators for ongoing influencer and UGC (user-generated content) campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure effective management of UGC and influencer content.

Content Creation:

- Post AI-generated visuals, memes, and trending content tailored to each brand’s audience to maximize engagement.
- Share blog posts created by our team to relevant social channels, ensuring alignment with each brand’s tone.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality, engaging content.

Community Engagement:

- Lead in responding to comments and questions for all brands, ensuring consistent and engaging interactions across platforms.
- Document every post URL and engagement to track workload and demonstrate impact.


Platform-Specific Tasks:

- Share links and post updates on Twitter for various brands.
- Experiment with platform-specific strategies (e.g., Amazon posts or Pinterest) to identify opportunities for growth.


Key Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing social media accounts, Facebook groups, or community engagement for multiple brands.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, memes, and content strategies to keep content engaging and fresh.
- Familiarity with using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline content creation and responses.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to balance multiple brands and prioritize tasks effectively.

Bonus: Experience managing UGC campaigns or working with influencers.
