eCommerce - Order Review / Submission

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Order Review and Submission Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing customer orders, cross-referencing product details, and ensuring that all orders align with customer expectations and manufacturer specifications. Your attention to detail will ensure that customers receive the correct products and that any discrepancies or issues are spotted and addressed early.

Key Responsibilities:

Review all incoming orders for accuracy and completeness.
Cross-check product details from customer orders with the manufacturer’s website to ensure alignment and consistency.
Confirm that the customer will be receiving the exact item(s) ordered, including specifications like color, size, and features.
Spot-check potential issues such as incorrect pricing, stock discrepancies, or mismatches in product descriptions.
Communicate with the warehouse, customer service, or suppliers to clarify any concerns regarding orders.
Ensure that all orders meet quality and fulfillment standards before submission for processing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product catalogs, manufacturer offerings, and shipping regulations.
Assist in identifying and rectifying any recurring issues or patterns of errors in the order fulfillment process.
Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to thoroughly review and cross-check product information.
Familiarity with manufacturer websites and eCommerce platforms.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different teams.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly identify discrepancies and resolve them.
Basic knowledge of shipping, logistics, and order fulfillment processes is a plus.
Experience in eCommerce, retail, or a similar role is preferred.
